Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7th March 2023 Written Episode, Written Update – Abhinav gets happy when Akshu goes to get Abhir’s medicines. Abhinav wants to share this news with Muskaan and Neela. Abhinav can’t stop thinking about Akshara, even though they are not together. Abhinav informs Neela that Akshara removed ‘ji’ from their names. Aarohi wears the chain that Abhi gave her and feels grateful. Akshu prays and decides to give her marriage with Abhinav a chance. Abhi hits the tyres in frustration, and Abhinav tries to console him.
Abhi lies down to sleep, but gets disturbed and imagines Akshu. Akshu tells Abhi to live and asks why he is still there if he has already made a decision. Abhi admits that everything he feels, including his pain and peace, is because of Akshu, and that he is only there for her. Akshu disappears, and Abhi wonders why she would be with him if she isn’t really close to him. Abhi believes that their drama is ending, and if he wants to live, then Akshu needs to come back to him. Abhi confesses his love for Akshu, saying that he has never loved anyone else. Abhi wakes up from his dream, hoping that Akshu will return to him someday.
Manjiri and everyone have a conversation about Aarohi’s mehendi. Ruhi suggests getting poppy’s name written on her hand. Aarohi writes the letter A on her hand and sees Abhi, wondering where he disappeared to without informing her. Surekha visits Akshu’s room and finds it messy, asking if they sleep separately. Akshu makes an excuse. Abhinav jokes and lies to Surekha, calling each other darling and shona. Suwarna asks Akshu to join her, while Surekha compliments her on her sweetness and mentions the jealousy towards Abhi and Akshu’s love. Abhinav asks for his medicine as Surekha leaves.
Abhi stops the car and rushes, but gets hit by a truck. Muskaan witnesses the accident and shouts for help. Akshu runs to Abhi and breaks down in tears. Surekha questions their relationship, wondering what to call it. Manjiri cries for Abhi’s condition. Abhi is taken to the hospital for treatment.
